Owner Joe DiAmore has incorporated over 40 years of experience into a full menu of entrees seasoned with the world’s most popular spice-fire. Many of Steak 38’s signature dishes include table-side preparation- including their famous Caesar salad. Watch as their waiters carve meats, debone fish, and ignite flaming desserts such as their popular Bananas Foster, all like a vintage Las Vegas or Atlantic City lounge in the famous Rat Pack era.

Hearthside – Less than 10 minutes away from your Victor apartment is Hearthside, a contemporary wood-fired American restaurant located in Collingswood, NJ. The hearth is the focal point of this local restaurant, and the main vision of Chef Dominic Piperno and his wife Lindsay. Chef Piperno, a Cherry Hill native, focuses on using local and seasonal products to create dishes that not only represent the season, but also give true sense of American cuisine. We’re looking forward to see what he has in store for his holiday menus! The design of the restaurant, which uses earthy materials and textures, all create an ambiance that perfectly complements the flavors prepared from the custom wood-fired hearth.
