While it’s hard to see new faces behind the masks these days, we’re sure many of you have met the newest member of our concierge team, Peter Friel!

Here are a few fast facts about Peter and what he hopes to accomplish working here at The Victor.

What is your background in concierge?

               I have worked in the customer service industry for 25 years. Before working for Bozzuto I worked for the building’s owner Dranoff Properties as their Resident Services Coordinator throughout their portfolio in Center City Philadelphia.

What do you like about The Victor?

               I love my residents and the building overall. The building has a ton of history and our layouts are the largest in the area.

What are some of your favorite places in The Victor’s neighborhood?

               The BB&T Pavilion is a great place to go for music, we have great views of Philadelphia. I love Adventure Aquarium and grabbing a bite to eat at our local eatery Victor Pub, you have to try the Victor Burger.

How has COVID19 changed the way you do your job?

               There are more steps involved now than before. You have to keep in mind the constant safety measures put into place for our new normal. 

What is your new favorite hobby during quarantine?

               Eating is that considered a hobby? I enjoy Sudoku and remodeling my home.

What do you hope to bring to The Victor in the future?

               I hope to bring in more happy people that enjoy living here.
